I thought the process was very easy - so simple and quick, which is not something you normally get when looking for a loan. The Open Banking check was brilliant - I appreciate that it gives you a truer insight into the financial circumstances of a customer, allowing you to make a more informed decision rather than one based on a simple credit score. I decided not to go ahead with the benefits survey as I had already explored this option and am confident that I have access to everything I can claim.
