If you wish to make a complaint about the service you have received from Salad Money (Salad Finance Limited), you should fill out the form below, or you can call us on 0203 092 0896.
When contacting us please provide us with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address used when creating a Salad Money account
- Phone number
- Address and postcode
- Date of birth
- Full explanation of your complaint
If we can resolve your complaint immediately, we will endeavour to do so. However, if we need more time, these are the steps you can expect to take place:
- Initial acknowledgment of receipt of complaint and request for any supporting evidence within 7 days.
- Once Salad Money have everything needed to assess the complaint, we will be back in touch within 8 weeks.
- After 8 weeks you can expect a full response regarding your complaint.
If after we have investigated you are not happy with the outcome, you can also complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) will only deal with your complaint if you have given us an opportunity to investigate internally and respond to your complaint first. However, once you have received a response if you are unhappy with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the FOS. This is a free service.
If you wish for the FOS to consider your complaint, you must submit your complaint within 6 months of your final reply from Salad Money. The FOS can be contacted using the details below:
